2007 Academy Inductees at Medical Education Day
The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine Academy of Distinguished Medical Educators celebrated the Second Annual Medical Education Day on April 13, 2007 in the University of Chicago Medical Center. The day-long event included a plenary address by Dr. Larrie Greenberg, MD, Clinical Professor and Internal Consultant at George Washington University. His address was followed by a series of Education workshops and poster presentations highlighting innovations and research in medical education. Over seventy faculty members and fifteen students contributed to the workshops and poster presentations. An awards ceremony honoring the sixteen new members of the academy closed out the day-long event.
