University Convocation, Session II At 1:15 pm please report to the first floor of the Gerald Ratner Athletics Center, 5530 S. Ellis Avenue. At the Ratner Center, students will pick-up a marching card, which indicates a number in the line to march. Candidates not in line by 1:45 pm, will NOT be permitted to march and participate in convocation. Please note that all degree candidates are required to wear a cap and gown. Please be aware that there is no secure place to leave any personal and/or valuable items. The University is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Guests are not permitted in the candidate line-up area nor are they allowed to march or sit in the graduate seating area.
