Arrival & Check-Out
- On the first day of the elective, visiting students should report at 8:00am to the Pritzker School of Medicine (Biological Sciences Learning Center, BSLC-104) to pick up a Routing Slip which will enable the visiting student to receive his/her temporary hospital identification card.

- Visiting Students must pay the $26.00 University of Chicago Student Health Service Fee for outpatient care. This fee is to be paid by Money Order, personal check or Cashier's Check upon arrival. Please make the check payable to the "University of Chicago." Credit card transactions are not accepted.
- At the completion of the elective, visiting students must return their temporary hospital ID to the Visiting Student Coordinator.
Pagers & White Coats
Visiting Students will be expected to supply their own white coats if required for their clerkship rotation. Pagers can be obtained on loan with a deposit through the Visiting Student Coordinator.
Housing
Housing is not provided for visiting students. Visiting students may call the Neighborhood Student Apartments Assignment Office (773) 753-2218 or the
International House (773) 753-2270 for housing suggestions in the Medical Center area.
Parking
Parking is available in the hospital parking garage (currently at the rate of $20.00 6-24 hours, or valet parking at $20.00 for 6-24 hours). The parking office number is (773) 702-4381. Street parking is also available on a limited basis.
