Each year, the fourth-year class elects student representatives to serve as leaders for the Pritzker School throughout the academic year.
These leaders are guided by three 'Co-Presidents', known as the Pritzker Chiefs. The Pritzker Chief role was created to mirror the Chief Resident system in hospitals. Just as Chief Residents serve as intermediaries between faculty and housestaff, the Pritzker Chiefs act as liaisons between the Pritzker administration and the student body.
In addition to the Pritzker Chiefs, other members of the Fourth Year Leadership team organize social events for students and faculty, as well as produce the annual Senior Skit.
