With the arrival of another Match Day and the Class of 2021 eagerly awaiting their match news, students, faculty, friends, and family gathered virtually to soak in the final moments before learning where residency training would take the students. Amid well wishes, congratulations, and sharing of photos, anticipation grew to a fever pitch as the clock neared 11 a.m. in Chicago, the moment students received emails from the NRMP informing them of their residency placements.
