The Academy of Distinguished Medical Educators’ Snippets service is a 20-minute training session provided by members of the Academy to departments and sections interested in short faculty development sessions. These mini-sessions are brief trainings embedded in regularly scheduled faculty meetings and support ongoing faculty development in teaching skills.
Trained members of the Academy of Distinguished Medical Educators are available to teach Snippet mini-sessions in the following topics:
- Effective Presentations and Lectures
- Feedback
- Teaching with Limited Time/One-Minute Preceptor
