Why Wellness is important to me: Having dealt with the loss of a close family member as an undergraduate, I know how important it is to have a strong support system around you when you’re struggling. My goal is to find ways to provide that support for my classmates. Being on the wellness committee has been one of my favorite parts of being a Pritzker student, and I’m so excited to continue in this role during my final year at Pritzker!
Why I'm on the committee: Medical school is an incredible journey but also a difficult one, and everyone struggles in one way or another. I joined the wellness committee so that I could use my voice to advocate for my fellow students and play my part in creating a community that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.
Fun fact: A fun fact about me is that I was in the Super Bowl halftime show with Beyoncé, Coldplay, and Bruno Mars!
